Jackson Building by Khrysler

Art Deco highrise building that was revised to be shorter than an orignal proposal due to economic slowdown. Decided to quickly create one after a suggestion by Wrightguy0 & cmdp1989. This asset uses the same exact textures to Jackson Tower for the main model. If you have Loading Screen Mod. it should save you some RAM.

Growable - 4x4 - Level 3 Corner Office Building
MODEL - 8,196 triangles with 1024x1024 textures (d,c,i,n,s,a)
LOD - 172 triangles with 256x256 textures (d,c,i,s)

I usually find buildings up to 50's attractive to build but I love all buildings "except" Post-Modern ones so let's see...

This and Jackson Tower have been perfect for my urban centers! Have you thought with Jackson Building that it could receive a more of a modernist 60's facade? A wall-to-wall International-styled building with some setbacks like this would be perfect additions.
