Unlocks Total War from the start.

Updated for 2.7.1

I made this mod to provide more freedom when attacking other empires. When selecting reason to declare war, you may choose 'Slay Them All' to start a total war.

Please let me know if it stops working.

This change is a starting war goal and should affect players and AI equally.

Features:

added 'Slay Them All' war goal and casus belli to allow total war at any time.

Compatibility: This mod should be compatible with most mods since it just adds a starting war goal.

FYI: *WARNING*

When you declare a "Slay Them All" it really means, slay them all. There can be no peace, there can be no status quo, it's war *FOREVER* and I don't know how to feel about this.

Would be nice to be able to disable AIs from using it. They keep declaring this endless war even though they'll be wiped out.

cool mod but it dosen't allow settle for status queo to be chosen. was at the end of a war and wanted to just end it but i can't until i fully eat the spices im at war with... don't know if thats a bug or not, but it's a bit annoying
