This is Fishbus's large Recycling Center, re-imported into the game as a actual Recycling Center, using the Recycling Center AI Brought with Green City's DLC.

The model seems to be too small, I'll link two screen shots comparing it to the small recycling center. In the second you can really see it by comparing the two garage doors. Is it supposed to have the same stats as the normal Small one ?

I remember having old recycle centers. Before Green Citys, recycle centers were really just cleaner incinerators except they didnt always yield power output. With Green Citys the game actually recognized recycling as different from garbage in that the centers would produce some resources and benefited from city policy changes like recycle plastics. I quit using the mod centers because they were not automatically coded as true recycling and still functioned like trash. The AI should mean that it will operate with the enhanced features that the built-in center has. Sorry for speculating before taking the time to actually try it out in game play.
