plugg the epic kirby enemy joins rivals of aether!!!!! this is a very serious charcter with fully custom sprites

Dash dance and waveland to build up your cool STATIC CHARGE THING! After that, use neutral special to release the charge! Different levels of charge having increasing stun.

Also -- hit other players with down special or forward special (or parry them) to inflict the shock status effect. You can hit inflicted opponents with neutral special and teleport to them on hit! You also keep the opponent's speed after teleporting for a little bit, so use that to your advantage.
