Update:
There's always problems with the workshop system.
The most consistent way to use mods so far is to use a custom folder so far.
I would suggest everyone to use this guide to create one:

A new mp5 animation set for Black Mesa.

The old one felt strange a bit in the normal reload, like why does it move back?
And I thought before that I lost the files, but, once the animation has been completed...
I fricking found it...

Sorry to bother you but for some reason I can't see the animations, but the texture works fine. I don't have any conflicting animation mods. Cheers.

To clarify, this is the only mod I am having issues with and I have no clue why it worked at first and now doesn't.

I don't know what happened, I got this mod working by doing the custom folder and subscribing at the same time, then the next day I load up the game and it's back to vanilla mp5. I've tried a few things but nothing seems to get it to work again. Any ideas?

I love this! One little thing, though - how would I go about making the HUD use the original MP5 icon? with this mod, the artstyle is different than the others and it bugs me a tiny bit.
