(DEPRECIATED) Med+ Burns (Rewrite Edition)

Rewrite of the mod by Rapp and Church, for ACE's Medical Rewrite. Original Version

This mod is currently not in develop as I focus on other things. Apologies to all.
If it breaks, I'm sure someone will let me know.

Adds a new damage type: Burns! They occur from:
- Explosions
- Rope Burns
- Backblast
- Shells

You treat burns with a new bandage, called the "Sterile Gauze" bandage.

Differences between the original and the rewrite:
- Rewrite allows for other bandages to attempt to fix burns, at a minor to major penalty to effectiveness depending on the bandage.
- New Sterile Bandage Icon, to fall more in line with Vanilla ACE.
- Slightly re-balanced wounds, still adjusting.

Compatible with other ACE medical mods! Not compatible with old ACE medical.

Planned Additions:
- Fire causing burn damage
- Balancing
- Changing DamageTypes to accurately represent what warrants a burn.
