ttt_terrortown recut and edited to reduce round length.

Round length was my biggest problem with the original map. So I edited it without removing it's uniqueness.

Uses a lot of invisible walls to prevent people from accessing certain cut areas using addons like the jetpack or grapplehook. With the exception of two streets, these invisible walls will not be too noticeable without flying addons. Feel free to decompile and delete all the playerclip brushes to remove them.
