Unique Trait: Crusader King
Faith Per Turn directly compensates Gold based on Unit and Courthouse Maintenance costs. Units at sea receive +1 Moves whenever you capture an enemy city; doubling if it follows a foreign Religion.

Unique Unit: Man-at-Arms
The unique Man-at-Arms is England's replacement for the Pikeman. Although the Man-at-Arms is weaker than the Pikeman, it is considerably cheaper, allowing it to be trained in only a few turns. Only as many Men-at-Arms can be trained as you have cities, however, although you are able to field two Men-at-Arms for each Capital and former Capital under your control. Men-at-Arms are a weak force to muster but are effective if you need to build up your military quickly.

Unique Unit: Knights Templar
The Knights Templar is one of England's two unique units. This unit is slightly stronger than the Knight that it replaces, although it costs more to train. It is especially effective at capturing enemy cities, as it does not begin with a penalty to attacking cities. In addition, the Knights Templar spreads your main Religion whenever it captures a city following a foreign one, converting half the city's Population in the process. When purchased, the Knights Templar can move immediately and if it uses up the last copy of your Horses, it refunds that copy.
