I contacted author of "Various hat modes!" and was permitted to update this update.
I unofficially translated this mod to English and updated to 1.1.

If there is a problem with the original author, I will modify or delete this unofficial mod.

There's no package id in the About.xml file, so it still won't work in 1.1

@Revolus It just add new hats! 16 normal hats and 1 royal hat.

This mod can't be used at all because the About.xml file is missing.
