File contains playable realistic leagues:

Torneo Descentralizado de Fútbol Profesional
Segunda División de Fútbol Profesional del Perú
Copa Perú

Subscribe and start new game.
Destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\editor data (create if not exist).

I recommend to use the following options at the start of the game:
- Do not use real fixtures
- Add players to playable teams
