File contains playable leagues:

Regional Fourth Divisions
Regional Fifth Divisions
Regional Sixth Divisions
Regional Seventh Divisions
Regional Eighth Divisions
Regional Ninth Divisions

The original thread is on community.sigames.com in the Editors Hideaway Download Forum FM20 section called "[FM20] [WIP] New Zealand Football Pyramid".

Subscribe and start new game.
Destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\editor data (create if not exist).

I recommend to use the following options at the start of the game:
- Add players to playable teams

This file works for me. There is an anomaly, though. Why have you set Auckland City to only be able to sign coaching staff to part-time contracts? I've looked at the file in the editor, and this is the only club in the NZFC that has this restriction. They're meant to be the best-resourced team in the division, and it makes no sense to permanently hamstring them in this way.
