For all the morons saying this doesn't look like a plane, that's because it's viewed from the side. The thing at the top is what the side view of an airplane wing looks like. It's not a helicopter blade, nor is it just a weird looking piece of metal. This is exactly what the side view of a high-wing single-turboprop airplane looks like
