Expanded Events

描述
Adds additional events to the game to increase event variety.

Current content
  • Variant events for attacking incursions and defending against incursions (2 events)
  • 1 Wilderness Scouting event
  • 1 Attack Hostile Site event

Planned content
The included events so far are quite basic so far and I plan to do more involved ones in the future (in order to not water down the builtin event pool with many shallow events.)
I am thinking about doing multi-part quests spawned from random events as I think the game currently has only very few of those.

Thanks for reminding me this mod exists, lompeluiten. It seems like the way Defense events are handled has changed significantly since I made this mod (nice maps, farmer npcs and what not). I have disabled this event for now.
The other events appear to work fine with the latest version, as far as I could tell after a quick test.

Your incrusion defence event is bad. You are spawning the wrong map, no villagers, and no archers from the defence.

I've been working on an Event and encountered your issue on my end. May I ask how you managed to fix it? Something to do with the Translate option right?

Okay, I messed something up with the brand new language settings. I updated the mod and the text should show up now. (Try restarting steam or unsubscribing and resubscribing to force steam to actually download the updated version if it still doesn't work.)

Experiencing the same issue with kaneeden, but this time with the event Attack Hostile Site Swamp Travel. Dialogues (text) do not show up at all, but outcomes still work, one doing nothing and the other giving a buff.

i only get stuff like **expandedEvents_defendagainstincursion.name at Inric Smithery ,with pictures but without any text. Then i can choose between different outcomes again without any text. First time i got a bad debuff and second time a nice buff so that works, but is that the state of the mod or is something interfering on my end?
