I can adjust the code, it's quite easy. But cannot rescale the model because don't have it.

Look, it's not as simple as just pressing a few buttons. It takes a lot of time, something which I don't have much spare right now. I'm working on another project and I have a lot of work to do, so these and my other mods are staying as they are.

Well all it takes is to multiply every coordinate by the 1 + the percentage size change (so 1.2 if it is 20% bigger)

It's not just a case of changing the size, they would also need all the footpaths re-coding. It's not worth the time it would take

Please, change the size of the buildings! They are nice but way too small. Or maybe just release a models for someone who will rescale them.

I can tell you from my own experience that changing this size of the building won't make the game crash (even doubling it), but it can look a bit off. The main reason I don't use these much is because they are overpopulated, but most buildings, including the base game buildings, have way too many residents. I like to have bigger, more spread out cities, and that is hard when the buildings have so many workers in them.

Can't alter the size of a building after it has been released as it will cause peoples games to crash. As for scale, they are actually scaled to a proper size for small flats. The characters in the game were all well over 6ft tall (which I didn't know at the time) and there is no consistent scaling throughout various in game models as it is. I am not releasing a separate mod as it really is a minor difference and that would mean altering all 30 buildings and re-coding every single footpath, which would take hours of work!

Dear friend! We love your buildings! But size is realy too small. Most original buildings and mods are 1:1 scale. Yours are smaller. So, it's difficult to use them in sity building with other houses. It's not take a lot of time to scale them. Please, upload or realise new version with other scale! Thank you for your work!

Not without causing problems for people who are already using them. I know they are little on the small side but then some buildings are a bit smaller than others in real life too, let's just say these are a bit more compact than others ;-) I'll be making some more residential buildings at some point but getting everything perfectly scaled isn't easy as many mods are not properly scaled and some of the vanilla buildings too
