It is an apartment with a store on the first floor.
Four types are included in the package.
Growable Residential High Lv.1&Lv.2 　4×2
The store portion is not functional. Please enjoy the scenery and atmosphere.

１階部分に店舗を併設するマンションです。
4種類同梱しています。
店舗部分は機能しません。景観・雰囲気をお楽しみ下さい。

In Japan, there are many buildings with shops on the first floor of condominiums (as there are in other countries). Cities skylines does not allow for mixed residential and retail buildings due to game specifications, so the The first floor shop area is called "decoration". So, "enjoy the scenery".
日本にはマンションの1階に店舗を併設した建物が数多く存在します（海外でもありますが）、Cities skylines では住宅と店舗をMIXした建物はゲームの仕様上出来ないため1階の店舗部分は「飾り」ということです。ですので、「景観を楽しんでください」ということです。
