Combat extended might be the culprit, but i have no idea what mods you got that affects mortars.
But it's not this mod's fault. This mod is a patch mod. it simply alters, upon load, a couple of values, just like other patch mods.
Try fiddle with load order and maybe explore your mods to figure out which mod could be the cause.
I might not be the creator of this mod, but i know how this mod works. It's a very simple patch mod. (I helped make it so). There really is very little to this mod.
after couple hours i have to disable and enable the mod again.
@DragonDai If we don't hear anything from Shootex, i'll look into making a 1.6 mod of this.
As far as i remember, it's just a basic patch mod.
