Ultra Instinct Shaggy Follower "UPDATED"

描述
Hello, this is my first follower mod for Skyrim. the follower is The Meme Character Ultra Instinct Shaggy. which is a Dead Meme. but long overdue. i decided to make a follower of UI Shaggy! he is overpowered and he has a spell based on the meme. the spell is an edited vanilla spell but renamed and very overpowered, i based the shaggy look from the live action scooby doo movies.

his location is The Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.
