描述
Stand aside. I seek out the one called "Seiros". Stay in my way and I will not hesitate to strike you down.

UA: The King of Liberation
Start off with the King of Liberation, a powerful one-man army that resurrects back at the capital in 10 turns (on standard). Non-civilian units and great generals cost 25% less maintenance.

UU: King of Liberation
A unique unit for the Liberation. Does not replace a unit. Nemesis starts the game with one and revives at the after being dead for 10 turns.(on standard speed).

UU: Ten Elite
Nemesis' replacement for the Great General. provides 20% bonus and has slightly increased movement.

UI: Poison Marsh
Unlocked at Trapping. +1 Food. Can only be built on Grasslands and Marshes. Enemy units suffer 20 damage if ending their turn on or by a Poison Marsh.

The first screenshot appears to have a art altering mod. Is this available on the Steam Workshop, somewhere else, or is it custom and not available?

I think you mean UI, not UU for the Poison Marsh.
