This is a Total Wash car wash asset. Its perfect to use it with my Total Gas Station together.
To have an animated feeling its necessary to subscribe to the Prop Rotating Params Mod and of course you need to subscribe to these brushes.

Cell size is 1x2

tris 4272 because of the 3D logos of Total Wash. I like it more in 3D as 2D and the LOD has only 30 tris. So dont worry about it.


Its a decoration building. I placed there an invisible parking lot instead of a car prop.
