Sector A Town Grid

This is a medium sized town grid with a highway pass though. 160u by 140u. Fits easily into one tile. Good for a starter grid or city expansion. One dogbone exit and 8 roads that run parallel to each other, 12u apart. Easy to expand in all directions. Could handle low or high density.

Two train tracks run between two of the roads. Recommend a raised train station asset for gameplay. Check out Konfoxs module station project and BadPeanut’s Set of Elevated Stations. Have fun!

Asset editor area is about 60 squares...

Unfortunately l have had to unsubscribe from all you marvellous assets as l have moved over to Vanilla +. If in the near future you compose using V+ l will willingly return.

hey, if it's not too much of a bother, could these be remade using vanilla or vanilla+ roads? NExt2 causes issues for me :<

this prefab setup works great. used it to quick build an area while troubleshooting some mods and was pleasantly surprised at how well traffic flowed.

I'm sure it'll be fantastic. I managed to fit two of these together seamlessly, but all the additions I do look crooked next to your perfect grid.
