描述
One of the custom NPCs I use in my chunk packs, feel free to steal it for yours. As NPCs they're mostly just a new sprite to add variety to the city but as a player class it's a pretty interesting take on a shapeshifter, not being wanted makes most floors pretty free but being loud means you can't just sneak into a hideout and take over the goons inside.

Enjoyed a lot playing as this character, even thought I somehow became a robot and got rollerskates at some point. Managed to finish the run and had tons of fun just doing hilarious pranks throughout!

Cool character. I gave it a try and made it to Uptown 1 with it before getting killed by supercops.
