Mute Maniac

This is one of the custom NPCs I use in my chunk packs, feel free to steal him for own. This is a very bland class I threw together back when I got the game, obviously nothing special to see here. I had it handy so used it in one chunk in Streets of Variety as a generic "crazy person similar to the player character is out on their own murder spree" character, really just uploading it for the sake of being thorough.
