2012 Sleeves with retail animation

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION FOR BETTER INFO

I decided to do 2012 sleeves on the 2015 arms cause it feels like half life 1 and the hev playermodel for dm and hev zombies are wearing the 2012 suit instead of 2015 suit.

I advise you to create a custom folder for this one.
You can set it up by following this https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502670746&searchtext=custom
Sometimes the mod will not work in it's original folder.
So making the custom folder and adding the mod there usually fixes the problem :)
