This is the B-2 Spirit, a better airframe than the F-117 Nighthawk.
The Aircraft Serbia shot down was the F-117.
The F-117's had been destroying literally everything but one note the Serbian anti-aircraft gunners made was the fact that all the F-117's flew in a pattern, at the same place at the same time.
Using this, the gunners fired 2 missiles where an F-117 should be at a certain time and turned off radar.
Around this same time, 2 F-117's had just dropped their ordnance and 1 had a malfunction with the door system.
The Serbian AA noticed that the missiles weren't hitting anything, and briefly turned on RADAR to detect 1 F-117 (The F-117 that had compromised its stealth with the malfunctioned bomb bay) and re-directed the already airborne missiles towards it, scoring a kill.
The chances of this happening again are slim to none.
