Always Show Capacity

Lots of things have a storage, but not everything shows how much is inside it. Especially with gas and liquid reservoirs, where many different elements can exist in combination, and the game doesn't show the total amount stored, or how much the tank can hold.

This mod changes that by adding an additional indicator of the current total stored mass and the total mass capacity of any storage on the current selected object in the "Contents" panel of the details screen ("Carried Items" for duplicants). Any item with a storage that shows in the details tab will show this, including generators, oxygen diffusers, algae terrariums, research stations, and more! No more need to try and do math to figure out how much more any container can store.
