My guess is that there aren't any other non-boss modules on your bomb, which means it generates 0 stages, which means it's awaiting an input from 0-90. In the manual it says that if there are no solvable modules, the answer will always be 90.
It is always 0 on the gear and the screens.
I dont know it is 0 or it's a mistake
