Highway&Tracks Turbine Interchange

I've added an underground tracks turbine interchange, plus, I've applied Biffa's lane mathematics to the highway.

This asset requires Mass Transit because I use the "Four-lane" and the "Two-lane One-way highway with sound barriers".

Please note that the train connections are underground, in between the two directions of the highways.

I have tested and all connections work fine.
The size is a full 64x64. Traffic is right-handed.
