UPDATED 7.21.21 - Silence & Fury

Hello amazon and chaos dwarf lovers! Today I bring you a mod that removes vanilla city garrisons, so cities are scantily garrisoned. This mod builds upon the ideas of several other garrison mods that were incompatible with each other. You can expect to find absolutely nothing guarding small villages, often times cities will only have a few measly units.

• Military buildings now provide a scanty number garrison units.
• All villages and cities have no units in their main garrison.
• Garrisons and Walls now have a public order bonus, unit XP bonus, upkeep cost, and more units.
• Additional Heroes have been added to some of the walls.
• Cannons and Cavalry will now spawn first when you have more then 20 units in a garrison.
• Walls and garrisons are now the only way to defend your naughty cities.

Siege battles are a good deal more pleasing, and unwalled cities will be taken with hardly a quiver. Please suggest changes, and report any issues with the garrisons! May your dominions and conquests expand swiftly!
