turns out, her pelvis isn't even attached to the physics model, or specifically where the pelvis should be on the phys model. that's why yamashiro's ragdoll's borked to begin with

like the others already stated, yamashiro's ragdoll hip collisions seem to be broken, or non-existent to the point it comically separates from her body. it's not caused by conflicting addons, even when disabling all other addons as far as i can tell.
Rayvenge and ChagatuAlin already pointed that out with screenshots of it.

Model´s ragdoll broken

we all know that dealing with mods takes a lot of time and energy, especially the nice mods, so thank for your efforts too.

thanks for checking, mod author, I've tested in single player just now, well... the issue still there... even I have already removed all addons including maps.
I dont know how to describe that situation clearly, so I made 3 records of GIF for it in order to show what happen, that might help you.
from GIFs to see, this issue is probably related to the ship gear.
