[WIP] TTT Crosshair Customization

描述
WARNING! This addon edits the base weapon file for TTT. This addon is INCOMPATIBLE with addons that change how TTT weapons work by default. Sorry, bud.
Also, this addon is incompatible with kyokyobalance because this addon is already IN kyokyobalance. Ha.

Wanted your crosshair to be a little more unique? Now you can customize your crosshair to fit YOU with this addon!

This mod is a work-in-progress. More features and polish may be added later.

May make an edit to this that changes all of the ttt crosshair convars to new ones with blackjack and hookers. honestly i'm proud of what I did here lol

It turns out that Serious TTT has its own custom crosshair system... that uses some of the same convars as I am... but with wildly different values. So if you make a crosshair for one system, it will break your crosshair on the other. Ouch.

I'm gonna have to try to fix that in the next couple of days.

I kinda want to make the per-weapon movement speed modifiers and jump + crouch accuracy changes their own addon too, because I see them having potential outside of kyokyobalance.

I also should just fix kyokyobalance's recoil innacuracy system so it's actually lag-correctionable and more consistent. But I suck.
