[TFA] DOOM 2016 Gauss Cannon [FIXED]

In celebration of Doom Eternal's Release, i bring you this Certified DOOM Classic, now working with latest TFA Base revisions!

This is the good-old Gauss Cannon, released years ago, updated and now working again! Because i wanted people to help me fix it, no one arrived. So i said ♥♥♥♥ it, and took matters on my own hands.

Fixes are as follows:
-No more State bugs, the weapons attachments and modes now works correctly (again!).
-Font size fixed, now the numbers are inside the Scope again.
-Idle sound tweaks: It won't play if you have no ammo or die.
-Added PrecisionBolt mastery: Enemies killed with a full charge will explode just like in Doom 2016, dealing (stacking) damage to nearby enemies (players or "demons")
Ammo changes: Having less than the minimum to fire or charge a shot will make you unable to zoom in if using the Precision Bolt mode.
-Loseless textures and materials remade: No more Megatexture rips from 2017, all textures are from the gamedata nowadays, no compression either, hence why its so big on size!
-New effects: Smoke and shock effects appear where they are supposed to, the gun will create a vortex on the turbine and suck in dust when charging the Siege mode.

Bugs:
-Idle sound killing *MIGHT* be a bit unreliable (Sometimes you might die and the sounds will keep playing, did my best to fix this tho)
