Found on the official osu! forums, I've re-uploaded the 2014 Default osu! skin to the McOsu workshop. The only differences between this and the current default skin are the menu sounds (which are better in the modern one) and the back button receiving a re-design. Otherwise - this is pretty much the exact same skin as you'd find on normal osu!
