Missile Range Bug Fix

This mod works with save games and doesn't change skill points. The bugfix mod doesn't touch skill points but may not be save game compatible. It is worth a new game though.

Can you point out the best more skill points mod to integrate this with?

There are several character, ancillary and effect bundles that give range bonuses that don't work after testing.. Athansios and my derivative mod have taken this range problem fixes to the next level with the permission of this author.
