I didn't steal it

This is a bootleg design built entirely from scratch right next to the original for reference. This blueprint would be better referred to as a total performance upgrade to make it survival compatible in ways the original ship was not.

Specifically this ship ^ made by Grand_Vitesse, who did an incredible job on his ship.

His version of this ship was built for looks. It had internal thrusters that were not hooked up properly and was not built to fly with thruster damage enabled. Making it pretty, but unusable in survival.

Well considering I was in the books for a nice cargo ship with a high capacity hold to carry a selection of manufactured ships or devices 14,000km and drop them off at a base near our faction enemies, I was a little disappointed his ship wouldn't work outside of creative. But I still really wanted it to.

As a result I spent several days rebuilding the entire ship from the ground up with added specifications of...

Redundant Backup Power
Piped Hydrogen Thrust
Thruster damage usable
Vented and sealed (-Maintenance areas are not)
4 Jump Drives
Extra hydrogen storage
Reduce poly count
Reduced Mass
Minor hull shape changes
Space for shield modules
Connectors top/bottom
Easy Access to internal systems
Extra upwards thrust
Artificial gravity

Also hid landing gear into the loading ramp to lock the ship in one place on the ground*

Must be piloted from the Main remote control* Which is accessed either by antenna connection, or sitting in the blue seat in the bridge and pressing 1.

Hotbar 1 : General Control
1 - Main Thrust Toggle
2 - O2/H2 Generator Toggle on/off
3 - Ramp Landing gear (Used to lock the ship in place while landed)
4 - Open Slot for end user choice
5 - Tilt Engine Toggle (Turns wing mounted tilt thrusters on/off, Ship can fly in gravity without them)
6 - Extra lift thrusters (Incase you need more lifting power)
7 - Tilt Engine Switch (Will raise and lower the Wing mounted engines)
8 - Rear Cargo Door Open/Close (Takes about 10 seconds to fully open/close)
9 - Landing Gear Up/Down (Note that they have no breaks so try to land on flat non down hill areas)

Hotbar 2 : Jump Drives
1 - All Drives On/Off
2 - All Drives Recharge On/Off
3 - All Drives Increase Range
4 - All Drives Decrease Range
5 - Open Slot for end user choice
6 - Drive 1 jump
7 - Drive 2 jump
8 - Drive 3 jump
9 - Drive 4 jump

Hotbar 3 :
1 - Gravity Alignment Script on/off
2 - Gravity Alignment Script - Run

The end product was a very similar ship that kept the same style, while increasing efficiency and usability. Not only shaving off about 5 million triangles, but almost reducing the entire ship's mass by 4,000,000 kgs.



I would also highly recommend checking out the original version as its interior looks amazing and is a really good source of inspiration.

Keen. Please. Give us interior blocks reskinned with back panels of the decor blocks. They weigh far less and are much better optimized, they would make large grid interiors vastly cleaner and better on ship performance.

Also please note : This blueprint includes some modded blocks. They are just shield modules from Cython's Energy Shields and the ship will perform in a vanilla game perfectly fine without them, pasting it in without the shield blocks mod will not split the ship.

It should be on hotbar 3's 1 key isnt it?
If not there should be a programmable block named something like leveling computer, just toggle it off and quickly disable overrides on the gyros.

How can i disable the auto-stability? i'm not a fan of it

Because of how multi-grid controls work, the bridge being a small grid attached to a large means it must be controlled through a remote control block. The main body of the ship has a remote control block that must be used in order to pilot it.

Hey so i've spawned the ship in and it simply wont move It hovers but wont move forward and wont take mouse movements (Up,Down,Left,Right) Is this simply because i don't own the decorative packs or am i just not pressing the right things

why wont my thrusters work on the roters? they are on but they dont want to work. help please!!!!!

I'm currently on my private server helping some friends who are new to the game out. And I've found an amazing use for this is to use a parachutable or similar cargo module, hook up a timer block to the internal hangar gears, open the hatch, and drop out supplies like a C-130, its been a boon for us as its allowed me to get needed supplies out to them since their so remote. Very much obliged for reworking this beautiful thing!

It is lighter because of the block types used. Most everything that was a solid armor block before is a half slab on this one which was most of the weight reduction, the rest was just the types of blocks used as decoration on the original that bloated its weight. I used interior blocks instead as they are the lightest large grid block (Previous to getting armor panels)

this is amazing, i have always wondered if someone could make a ship without the thruster problem, now i can use it in multiplayer servers that have thruster damage on

Cant control sub grids from a seat without a script, just easier to make it a remote
