Groundwatch Repair tool - Repairs Groundwatch vehicles such as the Hunter and Strider

It can:
View HP of Simphys Vehicles
View HP of Groundwatch Vehicles
View HP / Armor of Players
Shock players with the Secondary Fire, however you must be close

Controls:
Primary fire or M1 - Repairs the groundwatch vehicle, however you must be close
Secondary fire (Only Targets other Players) - Shocks players, pretty much reverse of the m1, but much slower

Notes
Intended for the Helix Subdivison in the MPF Division on Definitive Networks.
It is to be used for Synth repair and interrogation to torture and check HP / AP of enemies (or as a melee weapon)
