Click and drag "rootTransform" from Belfast to the box left of the "rootTransform" of equipment (there should now be a lock where the box was). Now, while having equipment root selected, in the box to the right of model list is a slider named "Zero". Slide it compleatly to the right. Now drag "bip_spine_1" from Belfast to the box next to "spine1" of equipment.
Your done.

Tip: while searching for model, just search "Belfast" and it will show both models.
