This is a district style for the [Snow/Grow] buildings. They look great in game and work great on my mid-range computer, tested 3/6/2020. Because they were made for a snow map, the roofs look a little bright on a temperate map, as you can see in the screenshot. The buildings are level 1 high density residential and commercial, and as such they have some cool graffitti on the ends of the buildings which is the main reason I like them. If you want the buildings to stay as your property values increase, mark them historical.

It's a good mod because it allows you to set multiple styles/themes in each district, and have different styles in different districts. Because this theme is a fairly small set, I like to combine it with others for variety. It also has a more user-friendly interface than the game's style edit function (get it together paradox).
