ГЗА-651 is a Soviet drip bus with a wooden body frame on the ГАЗ-51 chassis, produced at the Gorkov Bus Plant (GZA) since 1949.

In 1952 its production was transferred to Pavlovsky Bus Plant, where it was produced under the name PAZ-651 [1]. The first 5 buses were assembled on 5 August 1952.

Since 1953, Riga Automobile Repair Plant No. 2 ГЗА-651 RARZ, the РАРЗ-651 RAF) has also been involved in the production of cars under the brand name RARZ. The simplicity of the wooden structure allowed many car repair enterprises to establish their own production of ГАЗ-651 buses (sometimes different from the bitter version) from trucks ГАЗ-51 and ГАЗ-51А.
