New North American CL system

This is a new Champions League system designed for my 'New North American League System' It provides the new joint Mexico Canada and USA league structure and the other north and central American nations a Champions League (note on its own this file will exclude Mexican and Canadian teams as it is built for the database) . 64 teams enter the first qualfying round before a second round and then a 16 team group stage which 2 teams will advance from. When playing the 'New North American League System' with this Champions League mod the top 8 teams in tier one will qualify for the champions league however for some reason this is not shown on the league table I have been unable to make it show up and aren't sure why it wont but the clubs will still qualify.

This alongside the data base mentioned before that this one was made to work alongside are my first attempt but on play though and simulating several years seem to be working fine fingers crossed.
