Every time I tried to please someone by removing DLC on one of my edits, the creation still wasn't compatible. So, I can only recommend opening the edit yourself and removing the incompatible moves and edit pieces marked in red on your copy manually.

Is there anyway this can be made without that DLC? I don't have that DLC nor do I intend to buy it and I looked and it doesn't add much to the attires. Surely there must be an adequate substitute.

You probably didn't finish Champion Road Beyond. It locks some DLC parts until you finish the mode. Or input this code:

Hold down L2 and R1 on a controller while selecting the story in the main menu you should get a message that everything is unlocked

I can't seem to select Ursa and I have all the DLC.
