描述
Makes the Leper's accuracy just a smidge lower. Just a tad bit. Just a little.

If you actually manage to hit someone, they'll most certainly die, either from damage or just from embarrassment.

Obviously changes the stats of the Leper, making it incompatible with anything that strives to make the Leper anything but awful.

This was me experimenting with tweaking stat values. Now I could probably make custom things if I wanted to.

Ironic to see a mod that makes the Leper miss "occasionally" yet I even with the base stats struggle to see anything but back to back misses.
