描述

This simple mod does two things. It makes it so that small AI factions can only field 2 armies and takes away the hidden income bonus for minor AI factions.

Any AI faction with 2 regions or less will only be able to field 2 armies (rather than 4). This prevents small factions from overwhelming the larger AI empires.

I'm convinced this mod has never worked and it actually drives me insane.

This says 2 regions, in other comments you stated "Yes DeI has this - 1 region can only have 2 armies in DeI unless you have another mod conflicting, like an edicts, agents or another cap mod"

So what about DEI ?

Hi! Want to ask about compatibility with Guaranteed Major Faction Empires. Does it make sense to use both mods at all?
