Answering quite late for the same crash problem when I want to use the cockpit view:
When using "Advanced Camera Remover", this mod and the repaints litteraly crash the video drivers and my computer (I have rainbow pixels all over my screen).
I have to kill the transportfever2 executable to close the game.

Please post the last lines of the crash report.
I think the crash is cause by another mod.

I'm afraid this mod crashes my game at startup (I received a crash report about a lua string not working)

The capacity based on the regular TPF2 formular "1 passenger unit in game = 4 seats in reality"
If you want to change it, you have to install a passenger capacity mod.

Ah you mean the ego perspective view and not the first picture. It is part of the mod itself and cannot be applied on other trains generally. Each train must have an individual camera settings for it.
