In HOI4 it is possible to become anarchist (like in the Spanish civil war). However, for any other nation to be bale top do this is very rare and almost impossible without using the console. This mod allows you to change your ideology through referendum with a communist revolutionary while having sufficient support for either the non-aligned or communist parties.
