-Rewrote Heating lamps coding for 1.6
-Corrected lamp power needs when heater is off.
Need to finish Power usage balance of all lamps.
Please let me know if this breaks anyone game. It was super late when I coded this and only lightly tested it!!

Going through my mod list and fixing/removing error creating mods to make game more stable. Mod was tossing errors, so removed it for the time being. Have 3 or 4 general patch mods, may be related to one of them. Not sure atm.
-Excavated ground will reset the tile,
-Reclaim Soil will upgrade the excavated ground back to a fertile tile,
-Garden Soil or Plowed Soil can upgrade that tile to more fertile.
Tools
-Excavated Ground works as intended again.
