New high tech suspendium weapons to melt enemies away.

I honestly think most these weapons should be in a new Tier 5 and even Tier 6.
A Tier 5 (High-Energy Suspendium?) that branches away from Tier 4 Suspendium Projection
And maybe a few Tier 6s (Smelter/Lancer/Blaster?) that branch from the Tier 5.

id consider increasing the price of em, atleast. the damage of them are similar too what the shredstorm cannon from KAA can do, but its a 5000 dollar gun lol, and it too has its flaws like poor sustained dmg output. id say 1000 for the bigger weapons in this mod, and 500 for the smaller, light-weapons, but idk for sure

these guns are very strong the heavy smelter cannon, even vs steel armor, can take off a gigantic chunk of plating in one hit, and they fire so fast they completely decimate anything infront of them insanely quickly AND FOR ONLY 340dollars per gun! although i havent tried the other things, if they are similar too the heavy smelter in power, i REALLY Think they need a nerf. right now, in conquest, if you rush these guns all other guns arent worth going for.

浮晶机枪的伤害过高，一艘飞艇只要装载10门以上，中远距离基本无敌。希望作者修改一下。
