描述
The Auger MKIII is a complete overhaul of the AUGER series. Built specifically to fall under CPU 2 standards while giving the Pilot everything it needs.

While under CPU 2 this AUGER doesn't waver in performance. Full vertical manuevers in and out of digging, while staying balanced and stable.

Tested in my 24 Hour EGS Stream!

Are the RCS needed to get the HV in such an inclined angle? If not you can remove them all and place a constructor somewhere.

This showed up in my small vehicle BPs so i built it to go to space. This is a hover vehicle. Dont be stupid like me. Why did it populate in the small vehicles BPs if its designated a hover vehicle. Blew most of the cobalt i had found so far. darn it.

It's a fine construction of course, but I wonder why you did publish this one, it's a total under-power and under-feature compared to your excellent Drill PuP Auger which has so much more inclusive the 2 missing docking pads, 4 turrets instead of 1, almost triple the cargo space . So what? Ah yes, Tier 2 intead of Tier 3...Are you serious? Who really cares about that please?

Yes, the missing docking pad is nasty, I cannot dock to any lifter or CV, I can land but the lifter or CV will not start if not docked.

Noticed some significant balance/flipping problems, especially in drill mode. Tried it out in Reforged Ededn and ended up tearing out the cockpit to rebuild the insides. Removed 5 of 6 RCS, upgrading generators to 2x advanced, one med fuel, armored cockpit without the front pieces (easier access), shield and pentaxid tank. Could use another CPU extender, but that problem existed before the rework. Overall though, i find mining SV's to be easier to operate, especially in large deposits.
