This mod introduces to the core game a new type of housing - Town Mansion. Fully random decorated and furnished. Designed as a stand-alone mod. It can be placed anywhere in your Mods List. Offers accommodation for 36 villagers. Building footprint 14x14. Ideal for large settlements. Higher pregnancy chance. Different materials required depending on used mods. Blends perfectly with other modded buildings.
