Hard Survival

- Increased hunger bar degen (from -0.02 to -0.04)
- Increased starvation health penalty (from -75 to -150)
- First time spawning gives you 100 vigor(4 bars) as usual, but each death resets your vigor to 50. So the penalty for death is much greater. You can max your vigor to 150, but if you die all this extra vigor will be lost.
- This mod removes the exploit where if you die from starvation, you will spawn with empty food bar but the starvation debuff will be gone (you couldnt die from starvation again). So food matters. You no longer can run around with 3 bars of vigor and dont care about starving.

What this mod also achieves, is it makes PvP on servers way harder and more punishing. For example, you have 4 bars of vigor. You attack someone, but you die. With this mod, youll need time to recover, to restore your vigor (because fighting with only 2 bars of health will only result in another fast death).

I'll see what ppl think about this mod and will change a few things if needed.
