Mandate of Heaven, Yellow Turban Rebellion Zeal Fix - Lose 7 zeal/turn

There's a bug in Mandate of Heaven where even if your fellow Zhang bros are all dead, you'll still be charged for 21 zeal/turn. This mod hard codes to 7/turn. Only apply this once both Zhang bros are dead (unless you want to cheat).

Better Diplomacy - Improves AI diplomatic logic. Places a greater emphasis on long-term relationships and deals, discourages warmongering, creates more coalitions, and properly weights threats and allies based on proximity.
Dynamic Campaign+ - Splits the Han empire in the main campaign, increases the maximum potential threat of minor and major factions, and adds new unique benefits to the five minister positions.
Guanxi Overhaul - Enhanced Relationships, Events, and Stories - Adds around 1,000 trait-driven events (including banquets) that will greatly impact how generals form friendships/rivalries and brings the Guanxi relationship system to life. You'll care a lot more about all of your generals with this mod, even the generics.
